8.  Astro Returns (2022)

A lesbian sci-fi story based on the first chapter Astro Returns from the 22nd volume of Astro Boy, originally released in 1982 in Japan. Pronouns, references to gender and sexist sentences have been deleted/altered in order to fight the heteronormative and often patriarchal storylines that are found in many science-fiction stories (even nowadays).

The design was made during a workshop for Mastersessies at Kunsthal, Ghent.
